World’s first ‘Green Training’ Tugs
Robert Allan, Western Maritime Institute and Corvus Energy have announced that a contract for the design and construction of the world’s first “Green” Training Tugs will be signed at the International Tug & Salvage (ITS 2010) Conference, to be held in Vancouver this month.
Vienna-based construction company Strabag has said that construction of a port in Croatia will be completed in 2013.
US Defence Secretary Robert Gates has urged the US military to spend more realistically rather than rely on costly aircraft carriers and submarines.
