Bp’s oil spill is scaring away oil and gas majors, that’s good news for shale gas pioneer range resources.

The Gulf of Mexico oil spill was washed ashore in Alberta on Tuesday after the Apache Corp. snapped up ties with BP’s West Canadian natural gas operations as part of a $ 7 billion asset sales to raise cash to help pay for the damages that arose from the gulf of mexico oil spill.

Further expanding its technology presence in ndia and the region GE has signed a ten year licencing agreement with Bharat eavy Electricals Ltd. India.
